Corn is, indeed, awesome. I cleaned a lot of spilled popcorn out of the back seat of my car today and the car still smells of popcorn, but it’s at least a good smell. I can’t wait for the start of corn season. Fresh corn out the wazoo just waiting to be boiled and salted or turned into other awesome food. In fact, I think the only food better than corn is bacon, but since hogs are often corn-fed, corn becomes part of the bacon. It’s a win-win! ---
