Yep, I miss 'em too. I told a friend the other day that when you’ve gone without for a while, it’s easy to forget how nice it is to be close to someone; to feel their warmth; to smile and know that they get it too; to be touched by someone; to hold hands and just feel like you are connecting again. One more vote for it’s not the sex, it is the intimacy, the pleasantness of being held by a man, of smelling him, feeling him, wanting him. _sigh_ Shit, he doesn’t need to cook for me, he just needs to look at me like ‘that’ and smile. Spring Fever anyone??? ---

::dubiously:: Well, I _guess_ I could ship you some food, **Davebear** , although I don’t think it would keep. I baked a couple of days ago. Brioche, anyone? I’ve got guy friends whom I can hug, and whom I am not interested in at all. Something about that sentence seems awkward. I dunno about whether or not they’re attracted to me. I haven’t asked. I do have strict instructions to marry a particular guy friend if Mr. Lissar gets bumped off, though. 😃 I’d feel emotionally and socially unbalanced if I had mostly female friends. Also if I had mostly male friends. ::shrug:: YMMV ---

You know what I miss… Kissing… not just general kissing… the sort of kissing that ends with your gf clawing at your clothes and moaning into your mouth. ---

Sounds like Lsura has a case of “touch-hunger.” I read about it awhile ago. It’s not specifically sexual, and generally is found among single adults who don’t get much physical contact with others. Sounds like she’s not the only one. The good news is, touch hunger can be satiated. The bad news is, it can’t be satiated via cyberspace.
