**Luci** , shall we put you down for souffle or an omelet for the next Mumpers Virtual Potluck? šŸ˜› **AirForce** , although I contain myself when posting and for business emails, ellipses are all over casual emails and texts. **metal mouse** , does it cost more than 4% of your income for vehicle maintenance, work wardrobe and other related things? And would you be penalizes at all on your pension by retiring tomorrow? Even if you continue working for the next ten months, itā€™s always nice to know that you could leave without a financial hit any time you choose. šŸ™‚ **gotti** , Iā€™m keeping my fingers crossed for DH. We just found out that one of our customers/vendors (itā€™s consigned stuff) wants a physical inventory of their product next week. That will likely have me working some OT as well as back burnering some of my usual workload. Oh, well. ---

Happy Hump Day! It is absolutely beautiful outside, so I sat out there a bit with the dog. Looking at the mess that is the back yard, leaves everywhere. I overslept this morning and was late logging in to irk. Only by 6 minutes, which wonā€™t even get me a hand slap, but still, I hate being late. I still havenā€™t picked a health plan, I hate this shit. I have to fill out some college paper irk today as well. Or at least do it with Sah-son. The college sent an email today saying he can/should apply for a scholarship. I so love filling out forms, but heā€™s going to need my help with the financial stuff. Iā€™m sure not going to turn down free money though. ---

Finally got back into the accounting system but still canā€™t pay my vendors cause all the month of Oct is not posted. Still I am taking off on Firday so it will have to wait til Moanday. ---

Home!! YAY!! One more day till my weekend - HUZZAH!!! My brain is mush. I made a big, dumb mistake yesterday at work. It was a bit of a pain to fix, and it was really dumb because I know better! I blame Trump! But itā€™s all fixed and now Iā€™m without work again. Wonder what tomorrow will bring? My poor sweetie is in lots of pain - I fear another back surgery may be imminent. Dammit. Heā€™s on steroids and muscle relaxers right now, but he said itā€™s not muscular. If it happens, itā€™ll be #6 in 11 yearsā€¦ Other than that, just another day in paradise. Supper is grab whatever. Hereā€™s hoping for a good nightā€™s sleep. ---

Home. Made the bed, tidied the kitchen and about to start a load of laundry. We are having burgers on the George Forman, coleslaw from a bag(donā€™t judge) and baked beans from a can. Easy, quick and will us get by til the next one. Gonna have a beer or two as well. Sinus problems are driving me crazy. Something is a blooming that does not agree with me. One more day of irk for me this week. One of my employees is having plastic surgery on her nose to remove skin cancer so she will be out the rest of this week and all of next. We are in a slow period so no biggie. Just hope it is not spread further than they are aware of. If itā€™s in/to the bone than it will require much more serious surgery. She is my best sales person. Ok. Off to wash clothes. ---

Iā€™m with **MMOOOMMM** TOO DARK, too early. My office doesnā€™t close til 1800 so I have told my staff to always have a flashlight handy in case of a power failure which happens often. ---

Feel so low. I was refereeing the 3rd place game in the local soccer tournament, and was doing a great, I mean GREAT job. I was in good position all the time, the game was exciting, my assistant refs on the sidelines were in sync with me, the coaches were behavingā€¦ And with 2 minutes left I screwed up. It was 1-0 Green and the blue team was attacking trying to score the tying goal. There was a foul on the blue attacker just outside the penalty box which I clearly saw and I hit the whistle loudlyā€¦just in time to see the ball bounce to another blue player, who shot and scored. I didnā€™t want to, but I had blown the whistle before the goal, so I had to take it away. Game ended 1-0. Both teams had done enough to proceed to the Area tournament, and I had really done nothing wrong (my assistants agreed there was a foul), but Iā€™ve been doing this long enough to know to wait a second or two down by the goal to see what happens. The coaches and parents didnā€™t say anything, but I knew I had blown it, and Iā€™m still mentally kicking myself as I type this. If I hadnā€™t been having such a good game, or if that team had been knocked out because of my mental error, Iā€™d probably feel even worse. As is, Iā€™ll get over it in a year or two (which means tomorrow when I referee again). But still feel low. ---
