Some good news: His painkillers have been upped again, so he’s sleeping. Hospice is surprised he’s lasted this long, but I’m not as upset now that he isn’t in pain. ---

He died about a half an hour ago. He was a veteran. He held out until Veteran’s Day. I guess I can’t begrudge him that. ---
