# I need help to find support for a person with polio

I have a friend who needs some help. She has polio but she can work

nonetheless, as long as she can sit in a chair for most of the work

day. She is also looking for advice from people with similar

experiences who know of private and government haritative

organizations which can help her find job, accomodations, and

financial support.  
I will appreciate any help, because I don’t know much about this

subject. She is a single middle aged woman with no family which can

support her. She lives in North Chicago, she has a car, she speaks

Polish and English, and she is computer literate (she owns one). Thank
