[Rooibos](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rooibos) tastes a lot like tea but has no caffeine. Many herbal teas don’t have caffeine either,

Until I read that you didn’t want caffeine I was about to suggest Starbuck’s coffee. It’s bitter. Bitter, and made from burned beans.

Soda water? It’s not sweet, anyway.
