Long shot : [**Art of Noise** - _Moments in Love_](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ux3u31SAeEM) It’s electronic but not disco, came out in 1983 but was re-released in 1987, there’s a female voice/chorus towards the end, a few soft “bing” sounds that could be interpreted as a triangle and weird synthetic winds that could _seem_ out of key. ---
