Your best long-term defense will be to remove their habitat. I.E., you need to get rid of that wood pile and other spider-condos. You’ll have to bite the bullet with the current residents…such as the recommendation for a bug bomb or brick attack with a leather-gloved hand. Or donate the wood to your neighbors and let them remove it for you.
