I don’t mean ‘Starters, Salad, Soup, Main Course, etc.’ I mean like a _diner_ menu.

Leftover beef enchiladas and refried beans
Leftover jambalaya
Tamales (pork and/or chicken)
Fried shrimp
Spaghetti and meatballs
Ham & Swiss on rye
Patty melts
BLTs
Tuna salad (mayo, tarragon, celery seed) on toasted baguette

I put some Trader Joe’s carnitas in a bag with lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, onion, and olive oil; so theoretically I could heat that up for dinner and have it with black beans, white rice, and fried bananas.

I don’t know when the SO will get home from work, but I think I’ll vote for the tuna salad on baguette. That bread needs to get et.
