I love this time of year. The weather and scenery is great. Then you have 3 great holidays one after the other. Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas. Plus I get extra time off work for the last 2 holidays. Love it. The fact that I have to deal with January and February after it sucks a giant dick though. How is the depression Foggy? ---

I’ve already seen a TV ad for some kind of holiday light projector that’s available at WalMart. Seriously?? Bad enough Halloween crap has been in the stores for a month already. And people wonder why I’m such an old grouch! 😛 ---

In my defense, a pair of wrens nested there, so I couldn’t take it down until the babies fledged. And I have already bought the first handful of stocking stuffers. With 6 kids, 6 parent-type-people, two sets of brothers/family units, and a niece and her husband, plus a tight budget, it’s all about planning ahead. ---
