# I need to stop being a slut

Obviously everyone is having fun with this, so maybe I should just shut up. I won’t, though, so there.
Sex and intimacy are not the same thing…you already know this, or you wouldn’t have posted the OP. So, I think you need to have a serious “talk” with yourself and decide what it is that you want. Do you WANT intimacy? Or do you WANT sex, regardless of the intimacy issue? See, the thing is…you MAY find intimacy through random sex, but it is unlikely. So, you have to make your mind up what it is that you value more. Sex or love.
If sex is what you really want, continue on.
If intimacy is what you really want, you might want to get your
priorities in order. This might require you to give up sex for now…until you find the person you have intimacy with.
It isn’t really all that fun to be alone, but sometimes being alone is better than the alternative. And sometimes being alone forces a person to become complete…which sometimes allows a person to find someone to build a lasting and intimate relationship with.
I don’t have any answers, sweetie…but I do know that being alone is better than being together with someone when it isn’t right.

I wouldn’t worry about being a slut. After all, after you get genital warts, the urge just kind a leaves you. It is just a matter of time.
