I need your best recipe for meatballs.

It was the diced/minced raisins. (Don’t add to many now). Added a certain sweetness she just couldn’t pot her finger on. Oh, and yes I browned the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes before finishing 'em off in the sauce. First time I’ve used the oven but they turned out great.

No need. They’re actually quite good as an appetizer, and are basically just a quick version of sweet and sour. I’ve never seen anybody turn them down and most come back for seconds.

So how about Swedish meatballs? Can I get a definitive recipe? Do I use dill? Nutmeg? how about the sauce, sour cream and…?
