I’m with Eutychus 55, although I wish he’d be a trifle more terse / to the point / straightforward… If it doesn’t end with ,000, it’s not a Doper event (and I’ve still got 500+ to go!) ---

I for one, being a newbie, have had it with all these people and their glorified post counts. I mean, what the hell’s that all about? By your reasoning, handy would be King. Think about it. Better post 1,000 posts with value, then 5,000 without. But having said that: NO. Not every 100 posts! 1,000 is the bare minimum for a party. ---

This message board is fast becoming 70% post count parties, 25% troll-unearthing, 5% sort of cool stuff. I think 1800 means little. 2000 means something, but even then… only that you need a life. ---
