There are at least three stores near me that sell pro-Trump paraphernalia. I’ve seen others elsewhere, and they fascinate me. The one closest to me has an inflatable Trump outside that has a friendly grin on its face completely unlike anything the actual Donald Trump has ever shown – the best he can manage is a predatory rictus. i was amazed when, despite Trump’s denying the reality of COVID or the utility of face masks, these stores started selling hand sanitizer and face masks alongside the MAGA hats, bumper stickers, and flags. Profit is profit, I suppose. Now this store has remained open. It was pretty clearly up and running yesterday, Sunday the 8th of November. Selling Trump products that supporters can brandish to show defiance, I suppose. I’ll check and see if the others are still up and running ---

It’s been stormy here in So FL the last couple of days, but the number of loud pickups flying large Trump flags seems to have diminished considerably. The weather is now improving and it’ll be interesting to see what the next week holds for his (former?) fans. ---

The godfather will not be amused if he isn’t getting his cut. Though to be fair, any celebrity has a legitimate property right in their name & likeness. Except NCAA athletes of course because they’re amateurs at being famous, not pros. Yeah, right. Sure they are. ---
