I would make it my mission to keep going back to that store until I ran into her again. Dog food, KY, Depends, yell at her, climb in the cart, call the police **and** set her car on fire… ---

The correct response should have been “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore!”. You then should have charged through the aisle to deliver a sliding leg sweep, taking out botht he old lady and the trolly, before standing up and delivering the punchline “Have a quarter of that, fool!” then strut about the store doing Hulk Hogan poses. ---

Granted, a 60 year old woman is an unlikely attacker, but the OP says she was there with her husband. Any time you get into a physical confrontation with a stranger, you are taking a serious risk. In my opinion, one owes it to one’s family not to take that sort of risk over 25 cents. It seems to me that most of man’s territorial instincts evolved at a time in which a typical person had to deal mainly with the same 50 to 100 people again and again for an entire lifetime. In that situation, it makes a lot more sense to stand up to that sort of abuse. My opinion only. ---

tumbledown, I think you are the type to tell someone in line behind you with only a few items when you have a full cart to go on ahead. 🙂 That bitch you encountered is the type to go to the “10 items or less” express line with a full cart because the other lines are too long. :mad: ---

Actually I think what would be fine revenge is to politely mention to everyone in the store, “Excuse me, but I thought you should know that woman (points) is a cart thief.” and then on to the next person and so on, or course in full view of the vagina sack. ---
