You actually think that China swooping in and scooping up Trump would, in this hypothetical scenario, _reduce_ the chances of widespread political violence in the US? That if Trump were removed, Vance, the Republican congress, and tens of millions of loyal Trump supporters would just go back to being “normal” again?
