Ex “Gold Member” here. It was very useful when trying to arrange our 10 year high school reunion (why I subscribed), and I may have been inclined to remain a paying member. Except, as paying member, you still get bombarded with pop-up ads everytime you click on a link to access another page. I wrote a letter complaining about it, and they sent me a polite “too bad, that’s the way it works”. I declined to renew after that. ---

I thought about signing up, but then realized that I already know how to reach my entire graduating class. They all live in my apartment! (I was homeschooled) 😉 ---

[/QUOTE] Yep, in addition to the MySpace, Facebook and clones there are a ton of networking sites like LinkedIn and Yahoo! 360 that fill the same gap. I often wonder why Classmates is still around. It must be the amount of advertising that they do. ---
