Asian Americans aren’t a monolithic group and feature dozens of ethnicities, and this statement is untrue for many of them. And even within a particular ethnic enclave, it’s not something that’s universally true either - descendants of refugee Vietnamese (lower average educational attainment) vs more recent immigrants (higher average educational attainment), for example. It’s fractally racist - racist at several different scales.
