Do I actually need to ask, or should I just assume his take is that Lincoln started the War of Northern Aggression. You know, like how France started WWI and launched a massive conspiracy to conceal that fact from Barbara Tuchman. Who was umm, 2 years old when France launched this despicable war of aggression against the poor innocent Germans by forcing Germany to attack Belgium and France first. The French are just that good at starting wars, they mind control their opponents into appearing to the outside world to have started them. ---

France also started the Peloponnesian War, the Battle of Mingtiao, and the War on Christmas. ---

I’m not sure if he said anything about the war itself; what caught my eye is his claim that _Song of the South_ (the movie) doesn’t show any racism – or slaves, despite the notion that Br’er Rabbit is an allegorical slave – because a book by a “Disney expert” told him so. ---

I’m just curious since IIRC, he never ever reads threads in the Pit because all of it’s threads only have the purpose of bullying good posters like himself and anyway the Pit should have never existed in the first place. ---

Gotta admit, I was a bit amused at his post in the SF story ID thread. He not only misremembered and misinterpreted a story he once read (when has that ever happened? 🤔), he misremembered in a way that favored widespread and legally enforced gun ownership. ---
