So, he’s trying appeal to the masses [in the Whedon thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/so-that-happened-whedons-history-of-creating-toxic-and-hostile-work-environments/932735/437). He’s smart, he did pick the one thread where that might work, Whendonites being who they are.
