I was asked “So, how far did you jog yesterday?” and I answered. I didn’t claim that I will be getting “in shape” from that. Though it would improve my fitness slightly. Especially after climbing that mountain. It was a big struggle to climb it. If I had gotten my friend to jog with me yesterday for a long distance I might have been too tired to climb the mountain. ---
