A debate is an intellectual process where people exchange ideas, with each side taking an active part in listening to the other side, and addressing the points made after reflection. You don’t need to increase your vegetables. If you reduce everything you eat, including vegetables, by 50%, you will lose weight AND you’ll still be eating, proportionally, enough vegetables. Whether this is enough calories to sustain you long term is still not being addressed, but it’s a fantastic way to lose weight over 3 weeks. ---
