I hear ya’ **Incubus**. Our rent is due on the first of every month. I get paid every two weeks. A week away from my paycheck on Feb. 24th, I was thinking “Okay, I’ll either get it on the 31st or the 1st depeding on whether this month has 30 or 31 days. Oh, wait…” :smack: Thankfully I received my federal tax refund in the interim.
