Honest question: why is ok that you use multiple acronyms in your posts, but you get upset when other people do it? ---

It think the only one that would throw people is AFAIK, and most of us on the Dope know it by now. But occasionally spelling it out doesn’t hurt. QZ might be weird in a few years, I imagine the Quarantine Zone will probably stop getting use at some point and be unknown to future new posters. ---

IITYWIMWYBMAD? A restaurant we frequent in St Martin allows their waitstaff to wear T-shirts with this on them. When asked, they say, “ If I tell you what it means, will you buy me a drink?” A few people reply, “yes”. The management allows their waitstaff to drink on the job. ---
