That would be “Heywood Jablome.” Google it.
For those who just assume that the problems with the IT systems will be resolved, assume nothing:
CMS> NHS? I wouldn’t count on it.
Really? So that’s what’s happening, huh? Wow! That is so…so…English!
So obviously it can’t be done… One event - one outcome approximates all events-all outcomes ie The Titanic sank, so don’t count on your boat staying afloat !
Damn you’re a sharp one Ads.
My newt-back-to-human coverage was in my old policy that was cancelled because of ACA
So you think liking being right is part of your “dark side”? Guess we’ve finally been told the reason you put so much effort into being wrong so often.
Hold on a mo - doesn’t this argument at least partially work against the argument you used in the OP? I mean, if you’re arguing here (or citing an argument) that making a massive health computer system of this type is an inherently difficult and hard thing to do which can result in huge problems, that we shouldn’t assume that massive-scale IT projects could be resolved quickly or easily or at all, doesn’t that work against an argument that the failures of the US’s health website are down to Obama’s poor delegating choices and inexperience?
For Obama to have been a problem here, the logical point must be that an experienced or wiser President would have not allowed such problems to arise, or to such an extent. But if these are problems which happen* anyway*, because of the nature of what’s being created, then doesn’t that weaken that position?
I’m reminded of Capt. Kirk stumping a computer with a logical conundrum.
Let’s get adaher to the transporter room, stat!
You misspelled “airlock.”
I guess you’re partially right about Obama’s inexperience in some respects Adaher. Bet he’d never dreamed he’d have to work with fucktards like this, actively sabotaging the ACA.
Seems your crew’s philosophy is “Screw the people and families this would help in providing cheaper, more comprehensive coverage, this is politics!”
What’s this, Whack-A-Moron?
The active sabotage of Obamacare by elected Republicans is so vicious and anti-American one wonders at the depths of ignorance that allow voters to ignore or tolerate it.
One wishes the “left-wing media” (ha! ha!) would expose Republican sabotage and hypocrisy.
Let’s start at SDMB. Would any of the fucktards here (you know who you are!) care to defend such sabotage?
Not to defend the Republican position but you’re less likely to get a constructive response when the implied direction is “Speak up if you’re a fucktard”.
How have Republicans sabotaged ACA? It’s one of those things that is often said, but it’s actually mindbogglingly stupid.
And the fucktard spoke up.
You’re sabotaging me by not agreeing with me! It’s all your fault whenever I’m wrong!
And, of course, there’s the DOS attack.
It’s no more mind-bogglingly stupid than shutting down the government with no clue what your endgame is, yet the Republicans were quite capable of that*.
Or are you claiming that the accusation is mind-boggingly stupid, despite having been giving a link to an example? If you are, here’s a tip: You don’t need to work so damn hard at maintaining your ‘wrongest ever SDMB poster’ title. Even in the unlikely event of some steroid-ridden punk taking the title some day, you’ll still be remembered with awe. Just like Barry Bonds hasn’t displaced Babe Ruth from the collective consciousness of baseball fans.
*“We have to get something out of this. And I don’t even know what that is.” Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-IN)
Stupid? Of you ? To try and pretend otherwise? Why yes, yes it is.
Some people should be going to jail for this bullshit. And YOU should stop with your lying, candy doesn’t melt in my mouth, support of everything GOP. Your party’s behavior sucks ADs, and your defense of it’s actions is shameful and ludicrous.
But hey, I guess that makes it right up your alley, eh?
Naw ADs. Even without the board to share your “insights” with, you’d still wrong.
There just wouldn’t be as many people participating in the "point and laugh reflex " you provoke.
