Even if she’s telling the truth, there’s a big difference between her and Christine Ford Blasey. Blasey spoke out when she did because she wanted to prevent a sexual predator from becoming one of the most powerful people in the country. But if she’s telling the truth, then Reade waited until it was guaranteed that a a sexual predator would become (or remain) the most powerful person in the country. If she had spoken out even a few months earlier, we could have gotten someone else. ---
