And this is why this shit has to be smoked out. This is the fallout, despite her being “merely” an emotional predator. It raises a cult of personality on the board, and those enchanted fight tooth and nail to support her (with zero real evidence), meanwhile some others might look on with suspicions as the enchantment increases (with zero real evidence), until it reaches some amount of critical mass, and the inevitable happens: Some of those that got sucked in, feel embarrassed, and some of those that were outspokenly skeptical are now assholes. And those who couldn’t give two shits are here for the show as things get more personal on the board, pointing fingers for all the wrong reasons. Some get suckered, it happens to everyone, including myself sometimes, and some feel the need to shove everyone’s face in it. Trolls fuck up the board for a while. The end. ---
