I’ve only skimmed part of his “judicial activism” thread, so can anyone tell me; does he clearly define what he means by the term? Because such threads are useless until there is agreement on what the terms mean. ---

He reminds me of that starving artist guy. I’ve seen him announce he’s going to sign off for the night only to be posting again in 10 minutes. Repeat several times. ---

BIL who just loved to rant and construct witty arguments that fell about on the first contact with the enemy (me)! I’m not a particularly good debater, it was just he was worse. ---
