T It is a comment that could be funny in another context, but you are crazy if you think people are “too sensitive” taking it wrong in _this_ context. he OP, after all, holds such opinions sincerely and not as a form of humorous hyperbole, so the difference between your and his opinions is not readily apparent when you say such things. **Jodi** you’d be amazed. A friend of mine worked for an employment discrimination firm where they had a well-performing plaintiff who was fired after being told “I like my secretaries to have bigger tits.” You’d think people would at least be subtle, maybe throw around some plausible deniability. It’s a pleasure to make assholes like that pay. I wouldn’t feel any different, by the way, about a female supervisor who told a subordinate he needed a bigger cock as a condition of his employment. Profit! 😃 I agree that a few posters here, OP especially, are confounding “attractive” with “professional”. “Professional” is about being clean, well-groomed, and wearing clothing that fits well, is the appropriate formality for your workplace\*, and isn’t splashed with offensive logos. “Attractive” is dressing to show off your body, assuming that your body is one that the observer is attracted to. It also includes symmetry of features and other physical aspects. These two categories can have total overlap, some overlap, or no overlap. I’ve seen plenty of people dressed professionally that I don’t consider attractive at all \*There was a time when suits with skirts were considered more formal than skirts with pants. I do not want you to be wearing pants. I do not want you to be wearing panty hose. You can wear stockings, You can wear panties. You must wear skirts or dresses. I do not want my sexual access to your body to be impeded by anything more than a half-assed tug at your clothes. You may laugh, but what i am describing is what makes the difference between sexy and not --even if you are a fatty! ---

I always like it when guys, usually greasy basement troll types, come out with ‘rules’ for the ‘ladies’ - “hey, ladies, if you want to get with me, here’s what you should do to make yourself suitably attractive”. As if anyone, in the history of the universe, has ever had even the slightest desire to have sex with _them_. It reminds me of this guy [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiapfYiNlLk](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiapfYiNlLk). Incidentally, there is a fairly high correlation between these types of guys and the type of guy who uses the word ‘fatty’ in pretty much any context. It’s like a little textual warning sign. ---

Now I live in DC, and you spend weeks when it is 20 degrees. And we don’t drive our climate controlled cars everywhere- I spend hours outside at a time. When I wear skirts with hose to work, I came home with my legs red like they’ve been burned and chilled like sides of beef. ---
