I had a cat who was too busy raiding my neighbour’s refridgerator. I woke up one morning with a steak on me. Later that day my next door neighbour complained that one of his steaks was missing. I guess my being a vegetarian at the time caused my cat to search further afield. ---

Do you ever park in the same place every day, but one day you park in a different place, but come back to the usual place and get all freaked out because your car isn’t there, and it takes you a little while to remember that you actually parked somewhere else? Yeah, me neither. ---

When I attended the University of Western Ontario, I parked in the Huron Flats parking lot. One winter I called the CAA to ask for a boost, directing them to the University of Waterloo Hagey Hall parking lot. About an hour later I called them again to complain about them taking so long. Upon being corrected by them, I started wondering (1) why so many universities in southwestern Ontario begin with the letter W, (2) why so many universities in northern Ontario begin with an L, (3) why so many colleges in Ontario begin with a C, and why I was not capable of keeping them all straight in my mind.
