You do have to demonstrate that there is a better way possible. The current way may be the best available even though it still has issues. I would contend that there may be slight tweeks to improve certain aspects of the operation, but the current method is basically the only possible way to clear streets in a timely and cost-effective manner. They get the roads cleared. They do it with a minimum of fuss. They don’t do it to your absurd level of satisfaction.
