Your just mad because everything I’ve said about Biden and the VP is true and you don’t want me to come back to those threads to have to admit I was right. Don’t worry, I’ve browsed those threads and won’t be responding. I don’t deal with wishful thinking, I’m a realist. I understand what you are saying I just am saying that you are moving the goal posts from 1. Right wing disinformation didn’t start until after 9/11 2. to OK Rush Limbaugh did it back in the 90’s but nobody paid attention to him until after 9/11,and no body would buy a book he published in 1993s, 3. to OK he was household name in the 90’s and his 93 book was a best seller but he got even bigger after 9/11 While still providing no evidence that his influence in the 2000s was in any way greater than it was in the 90’s, and furthermore not acknowledging that even if it were the case, his immense popularity in the 90’s undercuts the primary reason we got into this mess vis a vis your claim that sewing misinformation didn’t start until 9/11. ---

I think the main point I was auguring is that he wasn’t huge until after 9/11. I’m agreeing that he was there in the 90’s and had a NYT best seller, which kind of means nothing. There are plenty of NYT best sellers that most people never heard of, like my YouTube point which was dismissed as apples and oranges but is right on point. I’m talking about the overall culture; he didn’t get huge in the culture until post 9/11. Limbaugh was another generations YouTube star, until 9/11 when he crossed over and got huge. ---

Let me put it another way. Run-Dmc were huge in the black population, but most never heard of them until they did that cover with Aerosmith. So the weren’t really huge in the culture until that happened. ---

You’ve presented no cite to justify this claim. You’re just wildly factually incorrect. Limbaugh’s peak was the 90s. That’s when Al Franken wrote a bestselling book _just making fun of Limbaugh_. ---

That took a hard search to find using certain keywords, which people don’t really do now. Any normal search on Rice will not bring this article up or if it does come up will be 10 pages back. Really just put [Condoleezza Rice](https://search.yahoo.com/search?p=condoleezza+rice&fr=yfp-t-s&fr2=p%3Afp%2Cm%3Asa%2Cct%3Ahistory%2Ckt%3Anone&ei=UTF-8&fp=1&mkr=13) into a search engine. ---

Wow, you mean you have to search for specific keywords when using search engines in order to find the specific information you are looking for? Josh, it was so much easier back in the day before the internet scrubbers went to work when you could just think what you wanted to find, and your search engine would read your mind in order to find it. ---
