Considering republicans shot down a bill to re-enforce anti-discrimination against the disabled, there is literally no evil they can do that the true believers like Clothy won’t run around to defend. They are true team players, just for the wrong team. ---

I don’t think it’s so much that he’s defending the Republicans who do these things; rather, a portion of the Republican Party does things of this sort because their base is people like him: selfish, mean-spirited idiots. ---

thank you Steve, you have given me hope that there are clear thinking heads in the house of representatives. Those people in the path of Hurricane Sandy have already suffered too long. now do the right thing and help support new gun legislation and tell all these right wing fringe militants to take thier military style wepons and go to the middle east and play with them, shooting at Islamist radicals intead of American citizens ---
