Telling High School students that they should or should not celebrate any given holiday is not what they should be in the business of doing. “Celebrate” is the operative word. ---

Ya know. When all those black kids wanted to go to the white schools a few decades back, I am soo glad we sent em packing so we could avoid any imminent disruptions to our educational institutions. If those brown students get so bent at seeing an AMERICAN flag, maybe we should send them packing “too”. And if they don’t or wouldnt have, then send the High School Admin instead. ---

I’ll just chime in here and say, here’s a good rule of thumb: “Kids, if you’re celebration will cause you to be offended by other kids wearing the American flag on their shirts, don’t have it. Or stay home and have your celebration there. Or get your heads out of your asses, enjoy both your celebration and the fact that you’re in the great country called the U.S. of A.” ---

The actual racist is the vice principle, Rodriguez. He apparently thinks his hispanic students cannot control themselves well enough to avoid a fight when they “feel disrespected” by American kids wearing American symbols in America. Rodriguez certainly has a low opinion of his students. ---
