[continuing hijack away from quesitonable but trendy fashion]10k’s are really fun and the perfect length. Half marathon’s are really boring. So naturally, I plan to punish myself and do a marathon. :dubious: Hey, if you live in Boston and you just happen to be down by the Charles on raceday, we’re gonna be in race 7 at about 1 pm on Saturday, Women’s Club Eights. We’ll be wearing the [Texas Flag uniforms](http://www.bermanism.com/images/Oakland05/IMG_0555.jpg) and I’ll be the redhead in the bow of the boat… ---

Yes, some of them (the more flowy ones, for example) do tend to look a little, er, weird, but the more tailored ones aren’t so bad. Paired with a fitted or shrunken blazer, it’s a really smart, albeit trendy, look. ---

Holy carp. I just saw my first pair of Gauchos yesterday. Looked like bellbottom capri pants. Yikes almight, but that’s an unflattering look… “Hey!!!
