He was fired for asking “Why ‘Axis of Evil’ ?” The experience was highly formative. ---

What happens if they cannot elect a Speaker? Can Boehner still retire? They can’t force him to stay on right? How do bills come to the House floor for a vote if there is no Speaker to bring it to a vote? Can the House do anything? Is there like a Pro Temp version of a House leader? ---
