It’s legal to pass on double yellow here in Ontario. It’s awesome, especially since I live around a bunch of old people who drive at 80km/h (or worse) instead of the tacit limit of 100km/h. Pretty much exclusively at the tops of hills or coming out of turns, where you can see quite a distance but it hasn’t switched over to dashed. I don’t really want to die to get somewhere 4 minutes sooner. That’d be stupid. ---
