My High School German teacher would make gum chewers stay after school and scrape gum off the desks. Amazingly enough, one girl would get caught chewing gum in his class repeatedly. ---

I found a (thankfully hardened) piece of gum on the underside of the pew at church Saturday. :smack: I guess chewing it and not swallowing means you didn’t break the fast before Communion. :rolleyes: ---
