You know what? Adelphia put me through the exact same shit with my Internet service. I could have written your OP except replacing “Adelphia” and “internet”. And I let them jerk me around for fucking weeks. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Set up a deadline–ie, Tuesday since Monday is a holiday–and stick to it. I wished I had cancelled and moved on instead allowing them to keep pushing the date further and further back.
