You will find that I was pointing out that their page design is so bad that the ads are obtrusive, which is why people use AdBlocker, etc. Then they have the gall to bitch at us for using a tool that _they_ made necessary. If they designed their pages better, AdBlocker would be out of business and I wouldn’t have made the post in the first place. But, hey, who cares if I’m right or not? The site we are reading right now gives me pop-ups and browser hijacks, while running adblock and security/virus programs with real-time protection and regular scanning. I will take the sites that ask you to turn off the adblocker any day. Usually you just click an x or “not right now” and go about your life. ---

No, their need to receive revenue to pay for that website is why they are bitching about visitors using adblock, a fact that should be obvious to anyone who isn’t a child and expecting everything handed to them for free on a silver platter. Now, if you had bitched about ads that propagate malware, I’d actually be on your side here and would admit you have a point. Bitching that they are obtrusive is like bitching about ice being cold. The more you use this excuse, the easier it becomes. 2. If it turns out that the attack _wasn’t_ unwarranted, you cannot retroactively re-insert “courtesy, respect, discipline, honor, integrity, self-control, perseverance” and whatever else into your response.
