We can ignore such a request, if it were a problem. At the place I work, such requests happen once every few months. They’re not unheard of nor are they particularly annoying. Getting to cut a pizza differently than the same old, same old cut is fun anyway. ---

As many food-ordering web sites remind us, ‘any delivery fee is _not_ a tip for your delivery driver’. I don’t think the eatery deserves extra money for the arduous task of putting my food in boxes instead of onto a plate, and handing it to a delivery guy instead of a waiter. These tasks seem equally challenging, to my way of thinking. In case it was unclear: I wholeheartedly support tipping delivery drivers. They have a shitty job and they’re providing you a goddamn service. Pay the fuck up. ---
