Wow- I was surprised that so many folks were nice about it. Maybe the people who don’t care for it are just being well behaved today. I took a tiny beating on Imgur- “clown car” and “When a Prius just isn’t embarrassing enough.” LOL! I don’t care. I like it and so does the kid. ---

For 10 or 15 years I’ve fantasized about zebra stripes on my pickup, ala the old Mutual of Omaha’s _Wild Kingdom_ (Daktari?). Can’t really get into being recognized everywhere though. ---

I believe comments like “when a Prius just isn’t embarrassing enough” come from gentlemen extremely concerned with their image with the women-folk, and they believe that nothing sends to the women-folk the clear message that “I have an enormous penis” like a pickup with a 6.4 liter Hemi with dual exhausts going into tin can mufflers, so that merely starting the vehicle is an event heard around the neighborhood and sets off seismic detectors ten miles away. It is presumed that women instinctively know that the owner of such an obnoxiously loud vehicle must be endowed with massive genitals, although I suspect that most real women would know that the owner of such a vehicle must have been shortchanged at birth with a very small brain. But to these folks, some of whom seem to have commented on your picture, the Prius is just nowhere in the penis-size competition. ---

I believe most women who see men who drive those oversized pickup trucks must be, um, compensating for something. And given how aggressively they typically drive, one would tend to assume that they are either very fond of methamphetamine or they do indeed have an excess of testosterone the they cannot seem to get into proper balance. ---

I have long considered (but never got around to it), putting a large other-colored dot on each of the fenders of my car, positioned in such places that they will be easily visible from some distance in crowded parking lots. One of these days, I’ll get a round tuit (or several), and I can stick that on my car. ---
