I’m sorry that you feel that way, **mangeorge** , but my understanding is that extending the period between searches will almost certainly overtax the already stressed server. You’re certainly a valued poster, and I’m correct that you’ve said you’re not renewing your paid membership – you’ve NOT said that you’re leaving? ---

I stopped using the board search engine a while back, it just wasn’t worth the anger and frustration. I’ll use Google occasionally but on the whole I’ve just learned to forgo searches and to live with the fact that this board, to all intents and purposes, doesn’t have a functioning search engine. ---

Hmph. Google Shmoogle. I find it easier to just memorize each thread’s content and ID and drop it into a URL as necessary. I had time to do this while waiting for the search function. ---
