# I read issues 1-3 of Marvel Zombies last night.

What a disappointment. Reviews had led me to believe that it was laced with dark humor and a great melding of zombies with superheroes. The art was okay, though the thing with the teeth reminded me strongly of the Elseworlds series where Batman became a vampire. As for the dark humor, it didn’t seem much in evidence. It was just kind of lifeless, so to speak. I don’t think I’ll bother with any additional issues.
