I saw a B-52 today

Is that a crew member ejecting I can see above the tail fin?

I’m going to guess that that is part of the parachute system for the B-52 itself.

The video of that crash is surreal, the ground doesn’t appear until the B52 is about to hit it. Couldn’t any of the crew eject?
