Terrorism. Sorry. I don’t in any way think that Islam is a more violent religion than, say, Christianity, but I don’t know any Muslims personally so most of what I hear about that religion is in some way related to violence or terrorism. Sucks, but true. ---

My friends, Sharif and Jay, who are Sunni and Shi’a respectively and taught me the difference. Babysitting Sharif’s little boys, with Yusef Islam’s kid’s record on, so the sounds of “A is for Allah” and “Bismillah”. Saladin. All pretty quickly, and in that order. ---
