#3- The lil’wrekker’s home
#4- did NOT have a IV antibiotic this week
#5- that little black cloud that’s always over my head
#6- inherently unlucky
#7- medications are more numerous than smell-good things on my vanity
#8- it’s a holiday
#9- I own Siamese cats
#10- I have too much hair

#1 I did some cleaning and purging of the Daughter’s pantries while she is out of town with her job.
#2 My neck is KILLING me because of reason #1
#3 The Daughter might murder me for reason #1
#4 My Christmas shopping is woefully incomplete and I can’t really do anything about that because of reason #2
But my hair is short, neener! Neener!

The kids were woefully unimpressed with the calligraphy sets. I have to work so hard to keep him from giving everybody the same thing. The year he wanted to give buffers/polishers to people, I finally had to put my foot down.
You are talking about that slime stuff, right? I hate that crap! I call it “snot” and tell everybody to keep it away from me!
Now they make it with glitter! Just what this world needs, glittery snot!

actually its not messy at all something in contact lens cleaner keeps it from getting sticky
and as for #9 well there’s a few sauces and recipes that could take care of that :D:p

My bad bad holiday day is stepping barefoot on a visiting kids toy. It’s amazing how badly that extruded plastic can hurt.
There’s a thing called the Lego dance. No instructions needed. You’ll start the movements right after that plastic block cuts into your foot. 😃

Oh, god the dreaded Lego in the carpet. Son-of-a-wrek loved (s) Lego building. He’s in his early 30s. I have vac’d and cleaned the upstairs hall 1000s of times. I’ve had it steamed cleaned. Stepped on a Lego last week. :smack:

#2 The Daughter is home from her trip.
#3 My neck is giving me a very long lecture, filled with obscenities.
#4 I got a surprise check in yesterday’s mail. I’m giving it to Mr VOW to use for Christmas shopping.
#5 OHGAWD for #4
#6 I told The Daughter if she likes her pantries, she can consider them her Christmas gift.
#7 I told The Daughter if she does NOT like her pantries, then she may beat me, and can then consider the beating to be her Christmas gift.

You rang? I.mean, only Beck can call me that and that’s only because she won’t stop it when I ask. I think a CNA or two have picked it up, too.
After next semester Oldest will be a CNA. I told her she could work here, but she makes more as a pharmacy tech or as a concierge, her current jobs.
