Which people are we talking about? I think sometimes a pitting of a poster can work as an intervention. I think \*\*ralph124c \*\*could be a better poster if he wants to. It took him a few years, but he did get use to using the ( ) correctly. That shows some willingness to change. I know there are other examples of posters improving after a pitting. It was just as or just before I joined the board, but didn’t Scott Plaid (sp?) go through a positive one of these? ---

I just wandered in because I noticed “A shameful cracka…” was banned & I wondered why. WTF is this?!?!? ---
