It looks like the book is on Hoopla, a library app that lets you borrow books.
It also shows up on Libby, but may not be available for your library.
Search for “Chuck Rothman” or “Cadaver Princess.”

I just went on my library’s Libby and ‘tagged’ it, indicting my interest. Libby will notify me if my library puts it in their catalog.
