I finished your book. Loved it. The pacing, characterization and humor were perfect. It would be easy for something like that to become a tonal mess, but you nailed it. There wasn’t a single scene that felt wasted. Will there be a sequel? It seems set up for one. (I think it’s important for you to understand the significance of me finishing a book. I very often get distracted by other books. My completion rate for _fantasy_ books is probably around 5%.) Course I was saying all this to my husband, “I mean it’s rare for me to finish a book as it is…” He shot back, “Writing? Or reading?” In all fairness to him, it took me 11 years to finish writing my first novel. A little snark is warranted. Anyway, great job! I noticed you didn’t have any reviews yet but I will rectify that situation shortly. ---
